Mr. Kan Singh 

An Engineer by profession, quit is corporate job from a multinational company to pursue his childhood passion agriculture. Being a son of farmer, agriculture was in his blood. He worked with clients like NOKIA, CAIRN and ONGC.He left his corporate job of service delivery manager to start his own venture in agriculture in 2017.After taking some hands on experience in agriculture to come out with something unique he delved into contract farming of yellow fig in Western Rajasthan. His team successfully came out with some nutritious, healthy and chemical free products made out of fig fruit. The organic farming of fig is a revolution now. His team his working with farmers to enhance the income of farmers. We use "jeeva amrit "an ancient organic formulation for crop nutrition. 

Mr. Kan Singh Rajpurohit

A childhood friend of Kan Singh is a B.Sc in agriculture. He is core team member and an expert on plant biology. He mobilised farmers to pursue fig farming in Western Rajasthan. He is responsible for scheduling nutrition dosage, irrigation schedule for the orchards. He has immense field knowledge. All the field experts to guide farmers from time to time work under his guidance. 

Mr. Sumer Rajpurohit

An MSc in horticulture is a core team member. He advises the team on all plant diseases and nutrient deficiency. He is also responsible for selecting mother plant for tissue culture plant propagation. All the laboratory experiments are carried out under his supervision for evaluating plant chemicals, leaf analysis, root analysis, soil nutrition, water ph and TDS analysis. A plantation is done only after evaluating the quality of soil and available irrigation water. 

AIM of the team is make some very unique yet highly nutritious and chemical free products .This will also help farmers to increase their income .The team has come out with various value added products of fig such as Jam with various flavours viz.Cinnamon, Garlic, Mango, Pineapple, Vanilla etc.We have also made lip smacking fig chutney, fig schezwan chutney. We have made freeze dried fig -first of its kind in India. 

• Fig extract powder is also a very unique nutraceutical product made by their team. 
• The team is working hard to make agriculture a prestigious and income generating industry. 
• They are working in line with national policy to make India an export hub. They tied up with MAXEOM to enhance their presence in national and international market.
